Henry Hickley - OV Search Lead, Executive Search

  • Henry started his career in Software Engineering as Head of Technology and CTO, working across asset management firms and global banking corporations, delivering strategic consultancy work and major programmes.

    Henry started out in Talent in 2013. Throughout his career he has combined senior hires with key account leadership.

    Henry’s background as an industry senior in financial markets and technology, allows him to engage as a peer and deliver a highly knowledge based consultative service.
